Honey spirit is one of the first products, Distillery Piasecki, whose roots date back to 1964. For the production of Spirits honey uses the best species of honey bee, collected at the beginning of the season. Honeys of the first harvest have a fresh aroma and a harmonised flavor profile. Production takes place in special, designed by the owner company distillation cameras. This is a unique product, not only in Poland, but also in the world.
